1. Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within **30 days** of delivery. Include photos or video clearly showing the problem. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full/partial refund.

2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, let us know within **30 days** of delivery. We’ll send the correct item or offer a refund.

3. Product Not as Described 

If the item doesn’t match the description or photos, send us proof and we’ll evaluate a refund or exchange.

4. Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within **45 business days** (or **60 days** for certain countries), you’re eligible for a full refund.

5. Returns 

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, whether the item is defective or is new and you simply changed your mind. To initiate a return, contact us at support@spoonlogiq.com before sending anything back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging for “change of mind” returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 30 days to your original payment method.. Please do **not return items** to the shipping address on the package — contact us first.

Non-Refundable Situations:

– Order information (like address) was entered incorrectly by the customer.

– Packages that are returned without their original packaging/used in case of change of mind returns..

– Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen settings.

Refund Methods:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible within 30 days after item is returned.
