1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include clear photos or a short video showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in. Once we review your claim, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
2. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order, contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We’ll send the correct item or issue a full refund.
3. Item Not as Described
If your item looks clearly different from the photos or description on our website, contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include photos showing the difference and we’ll look at a refund or exchange. Minor color differences due to screen settings or lighting are not covered, as these vary by device.
4. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of your order date (or 60 days for certain countries), you’re eligible for a full refund. Delivery times vary by location. If you’re unsure about your order status, email us and we’ll look into it.
5. How to Start a Return or Refund
Email us at support@spoonlogiq.com before doing anything else. Do not send items back to the address on the package. That is a warehouse address and returns sent there cannot be processed.
When you contact us, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
We’ll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days and walk you through the next steps.
6. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described. In those cases we cover it.
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will begin processing within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. After processing, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method. Timelines can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Not Covered
- Incorrect shipping address or order details entered by the customer
- Change of mind returns
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items that have been used or are not in original packaging
