When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 8–30 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there’s a high volume of orders, there might be a short delay — but we’ll keep you updated.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 7–20 business days
Australia & Canada: 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers like CJPacket, USPS, DHL, and others — depending on your location and item.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take a few days for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
Can I return my item?
Most items are non-returnable unless we authorize a return. Please contact us first before attempting to return anything.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item or arrange a refund.
What if the product doesn’t match the description?
If your item doesn’t look like what was shown on our store, send us proof and we’ll review your request for an exchange or refund.
My order is delayed — what now?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days (or 60 days for some countries), you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us.
Are there any items or situations that are non-refundable?
Yes. We don’t offer refunds for:
1.Incorrect address submitted by customer
2.Customer changed their mind after ordering
3.Small color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we start processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking updates can take a few days. If it’s been over a week with no updates, contact us at support@spoonlogiq.com and we’ll check for you.
