Shipping FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Germany
- Netherlands
We are expanding to more countries soon. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us at support@spoonlogiq.com and we’ll let you know when we ship to your area.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand — 7 to 15 business days
- United Kingdom — 7 to 15 business days
- Germany, Netherlands and Europe — 7 to 15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or seasonal delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days (or 60 days for some countries), contact us for a full refund.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers including CJPacket, DHL, and USPS depending on your location and item.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. It may take a few days for tracking to show updates after you receive it.
Return & Refund FAQs
Can I return my item?
We handle returns on a case by case basis. If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at support@spoonlogiq.com and we’ll sort it out. Please do not send anything back without hearing from us first.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Let us know within 15 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We’ll send the correct item or arrange a full refund.
What if the product doesn’t match the description?
If your item looks clearly different from what was shown on our store, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and we’ll review your request for a refund or exchange.
My order is delayed — what now?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of your order date (or 60 days for some countries), you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out and we’ll look into it.
Are there any non-refundable situations? Yes. We don’t cover refunds for:
- Incorrect address or order details entered by the customer
- Change of mind returns
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Items returned without contacting us first
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we process your refund within 7 business days. After that, allow up to 15 business days for it to appear back on your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we start processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
Tracking updates can take a few days. If it’s been over a week with no updates, contact us at support@spoonlogiq.com and we’ll check for you.
