2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, let us know within **3 days** of delivery. We’ll send the correct item or offer a refund.

3. Product Not as Described 

If the item doesn’t match the description or photos, send us proof and we’ll evaluate a refund or exchange.

4. Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within **45 business days** (or **60 days** for certain countries), you’re eligible for a full refund.

5. Returns 

Most items are **non-returnable** unless authorized. If a return is approved, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. Please do **not return items** to the shipping address on the package — contact us first.

Non-Refundable Situations:

– Order information (like address) was entered incorrectly by the customer.

– Customer changed their mind after ordering.

– Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen settings.

Refund Methods:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. In some cases, refunds for card payments processed via crypto may be issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide.
